Hello! I’m Madison Crow, a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist from Almost Heaven, yes… West Virginia. I started the Neuro Nook with a simple goal — to help individuals find their voice, confidence, and joy through therapy that truly puts them first. Over the years, I have seen how often insurance and system rules can limit therapy, leaving clients without the time or flexibility they deserve in order to meet their goals. I want to change the narrative. I have created a space where therapy moves at YOUR pace, focuses on YOUR goals, and honors YOUR journey.

That’s why I offer teletherapy — bringing quality, compassionate care right to your home. Whether you’re managing an illness, caring for a loved one, busy with your child’s extracurricular activities, or simply more comfortable in your own space, online therapy can be a wonderful way to connect, grow, and make progress without added stress or travel.

My Expertise

I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan — from children finding their first words to adults regaining communication after a stroke. I’ve walked alongside clients of varying diagnoses. Every person’s story is unique. Every small win matters.

My faith and roots in West Virginia guide everything I do. My values — of neighborly love, respect, integrity, humility — inform every session, guaranteed. I believe every person is created with purpose and potential. At The Neuro Nook, you are more than a diagnosis. You are family. I am here to help you live your best life through communication — one warm connection at a time.
